“Regent’s International School Bangkok allowed me to discover educational opportunities in Hong Kong. At the time, Hong Kong is far from a popular destination for Thai and International students to go and study. Hence, the thought of going to Hong Kong never came across my mind. As Regent’s IB student our University counselor invited us to a talk provided by an admissions officer from a Hong Kong university. This prompted me to research more about Hong Kong universities. I discover a vast amount of opportunities — world-class teaching and research together with attractive funding. I am thankful for such an event at Regent’s International School Bangkok, that introduced me to such useful resources.
Recently, I have just graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree. I was also awarded the Belt and Road Scholarship by HKSAR Government to outstanding Thai students which funded my study and living cost throughout 4 years. I will continue down the research route and have secured an offer from CUHK for Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Computer Science.”
